The Palace Theatre Community Summer Theatre is excited to present Annie! Leapin' Lizards! The popular comic strip heroine takes center stage in one of the world's best-loved musicals.

"Annie" is a spunky Depression-era orphan determined to find her parents, who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and finds a new family and home in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

The Palace Theatre and the NH Fisher Cats are pleased to announce that Merchantsauto.com Stadium will serve as a concert venue for "1964"...The Tribute on Thursday, August 12, starting at 7:00pm.  The concert, described by Rolling Stone Magazine as "The Best Beatles Tribute on Earth", re-creates an early 1960s live Beatles concert with period instruments, clothing, hairstyles and more. The Beatles did it at Shea Stadium in 1965, experience 1964 the Tribute at Manchester's MerchantsAuto.com Stadium!!

Tickets are on sale now at the Fisher Cats Ticket Office, online at by clicking here or by calling (603) 641-2005.  Tickets cost just $10.00, and all seating is general admission.  Gates will open at 4:30pm for Season Ticket Holders, at 5:00pm for the general public and there will be an Atlas Fireworks Show after the conclusion of the concert!!

The House Of Purpose, A Coffee House
Second Friday of the Month from 7-11pm Smith Memorial Congregational Church Main Street in HillsboroThe House of Purpose will feature the State's premier faith based songwriters, musicians, bands, and poets who will showcase their work in a relaxed "Coffee House" setting. Also featured is the opportunity for aspiring performers to take part in an "Open Mike" segment of the evening with professional musicians available to provide back-up. The House of Purpose is hosted by Hillsboro's own highly acclaimed band "Purpose", comprised of band members Kathie Brennan, Jay Crowley, Bruce Saxton, Barbara Morgan, Nick Nicholson, Gene Gould, and Clint Brake. The Therapeutic Foster Care Program provides training, 24 hour on call support from family specialists, respite care and generous reimbursements to families who have parenting experience or who are willing to learn and want to make a difference in the life of a child.
